The green coffee was produced in Ethiopia, in the Kaffa region, at altitudes between 1500 and 2000 meters.
The coffee cherries were hand-picked at optimal ripeness and processed using the washed (wet) method.
Sensory: Chocolate, Vanila
Medium acidity, full body, with slight bitterness and a long-lasting aftertaste.
