The Mierisch family works with coffee since 1908. It all started with Bruno Mierisch and continues with his great-great grandchildren. Fincas Mierisch comprises 9 coffee farms in Nicaragua, and 3 coffee farms in Honduras. Las Delicias is a 12 hectares sized farm located in the Jinotega area of Nicaragua where the varieties Javanica, Yellow Pacamara, Gesha, Yellow Pacas and Red Bourbon are grown. 2017 the farm won the 4th place of the Cup Of Excellence with a washed Java.
